Well, my name rhymes with "easier", so that must tell you something.

I'm a UX designer and researcher with a Behavioral Science background who bridges the gap between what people say and what they actually do.

I care about both research and design, but what I love most is when those two things are in conversation with each other. When an interview changes a design decision or a design changes behavior.

I grew up in Malaysia, spent time working and traveling in Australia, and have called Michigan home for a few years now. Outside of design I'm probably thinking about yet another ambitious "what if", planning my next trip, or convincing myself that skydiving once makes me an adventurous person (wouldn't you agree?).
